No Minimum Order
At Pro JanSan, our motto is. Everyone Is Our Customer! Because of this, we make sure there is never a minimum amount needed to receive our low, wholesale prices.
If you are looking to purchase online, you can add your products to your virtual shopping cart by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button located under each item. This will keep track of the items, and quantity, in a straightforward and straightforward list. Once selected, our e-Commerce site will take you through a safe and secure checkout purchasing process.
If you would prefer a more personal touch to your purchasing experience, we have a staff of expertly trained representatives to take your call. Additionally, our customer service center is ideal for questions, comments, or concerns. These skilled, seasoned industry veterans give every customer insight into the products they need. Call us Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to
5:00 PM EST.
Unfortunately, there are times that items customers have ordered are not available for delivery immediately. When this occurs, the outstanding balance of the order will ship the moment the product becomes available. We also make sure there are never any additional ship charges in these instances. If you have purchased a back-ordered item, please allow for up to seven to fourteen business days for shipment.

If you would like to follow the logistics of your order, we provide two ways for you to follow and track your products.
If you wish to check on your purchases, click the link titled “My Account” on the top right-hand corner of the Pro JanSan site. Once logged in, scroll down to view the page to click on Order and Billing History. On this page, you can view all recent and prior orders.
Pro JanSan also offers customers the opportunity to reach out to our customer service representatives via e-mail for order tracking inquiries. To do so, please contact us at info@projansan.com.
The other option is to contact our Customer Service department directly at (704) 412-7761. They will provide you with a timeline of your purchase, and when it will be delivered.
We accept a variety of Credit Card Options, as well as PayPal.
Processing and shipment of an order via an approved purchase account, or a credit or debit card or PayPal, allows the order to be shipped as quickly as possible. Most items are processed for shipment within a 24-48 hour window once an order is placed.
Pro JanSan has partnered with FEDEX, and USPS Parcel to meet our customers’ shipping needs. All items on our site include FREE SHIPPING to addresses within the 48 contiguous only!
Contact our customer service department for orders that require expedient delivery or for orders to be shipped outside of the contiguous U.S.
Please Note: Due to the internal protocol, FEDEX cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Pro JanSan does not charge any standard processing or handling fees.
We here at Pro JanSan do our best to make your shopping experience as seamless and painless as possible. This includes the return process. Pro JanSan allows you to return merchandise up to 30 days from receipt of your products. Products must be in 100% re-sellable condition and in their original packaging. If you need to return a product, either Call 1 (704) 412-7761 or E-mail the customer service team at info@projansan.com. If your order qualifies for a return, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, as well as information on the additional steps in the return process.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on the return of products if it is not returned in its original packaging.
If a restocking fee applies, you will be notified when your RA# is issued.
Refunds will be issued after the warehouse has received and inspected the returned items to make sure they are in a re-sellable condition.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record. Also, save the shipping cartons, product boxes, and remaining product, and contact us as soon as possible Damage claims must be reported to Pro JanSan within seven days of receipt. You may either Call 1 (704) 412-7761 or E-mail customer service at info@projansan.com. Our service team will work with you to replace the damaged goods at no cost or further inconvenience to you.
Pro JanSan uses one of the most efficient and prompt processing systems available for online and phone order completion. Because of this, it is often difficult to cancel an order after it has been placed. Once the order is sent to our warehouse, where it is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
